If you like your dining experience to have a certain “timey wimey” quality, you’ll enjoy Beacon’s The Pandorica. The only Doctor Who-themed restaurant in the Hudson Valley, it’s full of subtle, Easter Egg-y references to the long-running British science fiction show. The eclectic menu delivers on comfort food— ranging from “spoilers” to “sweeties”— and they’ve got a variety of wines, beers, and teas (of course) to choose from.
